DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dispatch & delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days. This includes 1–2 working days for processing and a further 2–3 working days in transit after your order has been dispatched.
Order cut-off
Our daily order cut-off is 12 noon UK time. Orders placed before the cut-off begin processing that working day. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next working day.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared and handed to the delivery carrier within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Weekend and bank holiday orders
Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, during the weekend or on a UK bank holiday begin processing on the next working day.
Tracked delivery
Orders are sent using a tracked Yodel or DPD delivery service. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2–3 working days. Tracking information will be sent by email when your order has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery locations
We deliver to eligible residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery availability is confirmed using the delivery postcode entered at checkout. Any location restrictions or unavailable delivery services will be shown before payment.

Case quantities are approximate and may vary depending on the size and weight of the products ordered. Delivery charges are calculated using the total basket weight and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. The maximum total basket weight accepted for an online delivery order is 60kg.
Important delivery information
The estimated 3–5 working day delivery period is calculated according to our 12 noon order cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next working day.
The carrier shown for each weight range is the service normally used. We may use an alternative tracked carrier where necessary due to parcel size, delivery location, service availability or operational requirements.
Delivery estimates may be affected by UK bank holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please check that your delivery address, postcode, telephone number and email address are correct before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied at checkout.
