Dispatch & delivery
Order your case and we’ll have it on its way as quickly as we can. Here’s how it works.
Order cut-off
Order before 1pm on a working day and we’ll aim to dispatch the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.
Dispatch time
We dispatch within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding bank holidays.
Weekend orders
Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next working day.
Tracked delivery
Once dispatched, your order is sent on a tracked service so you can follow it all the way to your door.
